We are looking for a skilled GenAI Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP pipelines, and the AI model lifecycle. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing responsible AI systems with a focus on safety, fairness, and enterprise-level integration.
- Design and develop an Enterprise Guardrails Engine to enforce safety, appropriateness, and contextual accuracy of GenAI outputs in real-time.
- Implement a Responsible AI Compliance Layer aligned with organizational policies, focusing on bias detection, fairness, hallucination control, and toxicity monitoring.
- Build Observability Dashboards to monitor model safety KPIs, including semantic validation, prompt injection risks, and misuse patterns.
- Develop Reusable APIs and SDKs for integrating guardrails into existing and upcoming GenAI platforms.
- Conduct Domain-Level Scenario Testing across enterprise functions such as Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to validate guardrail effectiveness and responsible behavior.
- Strong background in AI/ML and Generative AI, with a deep understanding of LLMs, NLP pipelines, and AI model lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in implementing Responsible AI frameworks, including bias detection, explainability (XAI), adversarial testing, fairness metrics, and model safety.
- Experience in designing and building guardrail systems for GenAI applications, including prompt filtering, semantic validation, toxicity detection, and hallucination mitigation.
- Experience with FastAPI for API development.
- Proficiency in Python with frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI, and LLM orchestration tools.
- Strong DevOps skills, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Experience integrating GenAI models into enterprise platforms in a secure and ethical manner.
